PHOTO: Keith Lee Spotted With Slimmer Look Amid AEW Hiatus

Keith Lee has not been seen inside the ring in over a year and remained off AEW television during this time. However, that doesn’t mean he hasn’t transformed himself into great shape.

At last year’s Worlds End PPV, Lee was slated to work Swerve Strickland, but he was pulled because he wasn’t medically cleared to compete. Strickland scored a win over Dustin Rhodes instead.

Lee later stated on Twitter that he had been working through an injury since September 2022, and while the injury was “mostly well taken care of,” things have gotten worse since ROH Final Battle. Lee revealed on a private account that he would be having two surgeries.

Since then, there haven’t been any updates on his status. Lee was previously sidelined for months while in WWE after he got COVID-19 as he was informed he couldn’t wrestle or train while dealing with heart issues.

Lee’s wife, Michin, shared this photo of the couple on Twitter, with Lee looking to be much healthier and in great shape:
