On Saturday, during AEW Collision, a vignette aired hyping Speedball Mike Bailey’s impending arrival to AEW. He has yet to announce a debut date.
Bailey’s TNA Wrestling contract expired at the end of the year, although his final appearance was in late October. He couldn’t sign with anyone until January 1st.
Fightful reports that during this period, both AEW and WWE showed interest in signing him. He signed a multi-deal with AEW. His debut has been delayed due to ongoing visa processing. Bailey was represented by an agent in securing this new agreement.
