All Elite Wrestling is always looking to add to their roster and in recent months, they’ve done just that with some big names.
The promotion plans to welcome new addition to its women’s roster, according to a new report by Fightful Select. The plan is for Ruby Soho, the former Ruby Riott, to make her way into the company.
Ruby will become a free agent on Tuesday, August 31 when her 90-day non-compete clause with WWE expires. Thus, this means she could make her promotional debut at All Out on September 5th, although that has yet to be confirmed.
Since her WWE departure due to budget cuts, she has kept a low profile and hasn’t done a ton of interviews. One promoter told the media outlet that they’d reached out as far back as a month ago and were told Ruby wasn’t taking bookings.
There’s no word yet on the creative plans for Ruby nor has Fightful confirmed the signing with AEW. She would be a welcomed addition to the division as she was highly praised for her work and well-liked by WWE talent. The former WWE star does have a new look that she recently showed off.
