According to BJ Bethel from SEScoops, AEW Dynamite draws about 500,000 viewers on Max within the first 24 hours after it airs live. When you add that to the viewers watching on TBS, Dynamite gets between 1 million and 1.2 million total viewers on that first day.
Bethel also notes that people are watching about 60 million minutes of Dynamite per episode, with slight changes depending on the show. Interestingly, Dynamite has reportedly been more popular than some of the big NHL games on Max.
Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio also shared some numbers. He said, “Basically the number 1.5 million for Dynamite and 1 million for Collision is the number of viewers on a typical show that will watch a portion of the show on television within a couple of days.”
AEW Dynamite has been shown on TBS and Max since the beginning of 2025. This is part of a new TV deal between AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery, which started in January 2025 and will continue until the end of 2027. The deal is worth about $185 million per year.
