REPORT: Mariah May Has Significant Time Left On Her AEW Deal

While reports have circulated regarding WWE’s potential interest in Mariah May and a belief within AEW that she is likely heading to WWE when her deal expires this year, a new update suggests her departure may not be imminent.

Fightful reported the initial thought was that May’s AEW contract could expire as early as this summer. However, PWInsider.com contradicts this, stating they’ve been informed that May still has “significant time” remaining on her current deal.

If this information is accurate, fans anticipating an immediate appearance elsewhere should temper their expectations. One source cited by PWInsider speculates that May’s AEW contract could extend through November of this year, while another suggests the possibility of even more time beyond that.

May has been absent from AEW programming since the conclusion of her storyline with Toni Storm at AEW Revolution.  Regarding rumors that May requested her release shortly after the feud ended, PWInsider has been unable to confirm the accuracy of that information.

Their report clarifies that May is still under contract with All Elite Wrestling.
