Tessa Blanchard remains a free agent after departing from Impact Wrestling last year, but some fans still want to see her join a major promotion whether that’s WWE or AEW.
At Sunday’s All Out pay-per-view event during the women’s Casino Battle Royale match, a group of fans did chant “We want Tessa,” while another group chanted, “No we don’t.”
Blanchard got fans talking last week by sharing a photo on Twitter with her holding a stack of Ted DiBiase’s $1 million bills.
Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net reported that he was told the only major American company that has been in talks with her since leaving Impact was the NWA. Haynes was also told there currently are no plans for her to appear in WWE/NXT or AEW.
One source added, “She’s nuclear. Nobody wants near her.”
Blanchard’s reputation she had built on the independent circuit in the pro wrestling business has followed her throughout her career. The heat with Blanchard comes down to her past attitude issues and issues with talent.
