Ric Flair sent out an interesting message on Twitter this morning while looking back at a moment with CM Punk in WWE.
Flair shared a photo of when they teamed up and then used it to throw out an idea of doing a segment with Punk on AEW programming. He thinks he could do a big rating for All Elite Wrestling if he’s allowed to do a promo segment.
He wrote, “Never Forget This Moment… We Can Make History Again Brother! If You Want A Rating, Let Us Talk For 10 Minutes.” Flair did tag Punk and AEW.
When Flair departed from WWE earlier this year, there was speculation that All Elite Wrestling could bring him as he’s friends with President Tony Khan and his future son-in-law, Andrade, is working for the promotion.
That belief dwindled after allegations were made on Dark Side of the Ring against the WWE Hall of Famer and he received backlash as a result.
This week, Flair was in the headlines as he gave his thoughts on various things during the premiere episode of his “Wooooo Nation Uncensored” podcast, had some words for Becky Lynch, and claimed WWE is erasing his legacy.
