Sean Waltman on CM Punk: “I would be surprised if he doesn’t show up in AEW”

Sean Waltman aka X-Pac can see former WWE Champion CM Punk eventually showing up in AEW (All Elite Wrestling).

More speculation of Punk showing up in AEW was sparked when it was revealed that he would be appearing at Starrcast III next month in the same city on the same weekend as AEW All Out.

While talking on his X-Pac 1,2,360 podcast, Waltman brought up how he thinks Punk could show up in AEW in the near future. Whether that’s at All Out or AEW’s first TV event in October on TNT.

“Well, that’s a hell of a score for Starrcast and I was surprised he wasn’t there for the first one,” Waltman said. “I would be surprised if he doesn’t show up in AEW. I have said this (before). I have been saying this since they announced AEW. I wouldn’t be surprised if he shows up on the very first (TV) show.”
