Several AEW Stars Banged Up Following Double Or Nothing

The AEW roster is reportedly dealing with several physical issues following a grueling Double or Nothing pay-per-view on Sunday, May 25, 2025. According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, many talents are awaiting medical clearances, and the current “questionable list is ‘as long as it’s been in a while.'”

Among those impacted are The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson), who “emerged from Double Or Nothing both hurting” after their Anarchy in the Arena match. Specifically, “It was feared that Nick Jackson sustained a concussion,” although an official diagnosis had not been provided to Fightful at the time of the report.

In more positive news, for those concerned about Jamie Hayter after her Owen Hart Foundation Tournament final against Mercedes Moné, Fightful reached out to her directly. Hayter stated “she was totally fine with no worries” following the match. Will Ospreay, who also competed in an intense Owen Hart final against “Hangman” Adam Page, was reportedly “traveling to the show tonight [AEW Dynamite], and emerged okay from the weekend.”

With several stars awaiting medical evaluation, Fightful was told that “AEW will likely announce more matches as clearances occur,” indicating that upcoming show cards might be adjusted based on talent availability.
