Wheeler Yuta walked into AEW Grand Slam Australia with hair and walked out with the top of his head shaved off. During the February 14 broadcast from the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, a Mixed Tornado Tag Team match concluded with a major stipulation being enforced.
The bout featured Orange Cassidy and Toni Storm against the Death Riders’ Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta. The match carried the requirement that the individual who took the pinfall would be forced to have their head shaved. Following a chaotic contest, Yuta was pinned, triggering the stipulation.
Moxley Enforces The Stipulation
After the loss, Yuta attempted to flee up the entrance ramp to avoid the haircut. However, he was intercepted by Jon Moxley. Moxley stopped Yuta and forcibly returned him to the ring, ensuring that the rules of the match were honored.
Luther was waiting inside the squared circle with clippers. While Moxley and Shafir stood by, Luther shaved the top of Yuta’s head. Yuta appeared visibly frustrated during the segment, which transformed the defeat into a humiliating public display.
