AEW All In: London just became bigger, with a notable name coming into the promotion.
For several weeks, it has been known that Ricochet is AEW-bound. He finished up with WWE in June after being written off TV as his deal expired.
Ricochet had a successful career in WWE and held various titles, including the Intercontinental Champion, United States Champion, and NXT North American Champion. He won the 2019 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and was the inaugural WWE Speed Champion.
Fightful Select reports Ricochet has signed a multi-year deal with the promotion. To make things more interesting, the report notes Ricochet is traveling to London for AEW All In, and planned for the show. He is also booked for other upcoming AEW events.
It was added Ricochet worked with an agent for the deal. It’s unclear what AEW exactly has planned for the former WWE star.
