SPOILER: Special guest backstage at AEW Dynamite?

CM Punk posted what looks to be a teaser for tonight’s AEW Dynamite.

On his Instagram account, he posted a photo of a sign that says “Reserved for Special guest.” Earlier this week, Punk posted a photo of the United Center with an animated image of a coin drop. Many have speculated that Punk is teasing a match with Kazuchika Okada.

There’s been a ton of talk this week about AEW running a show together with New Japan Pro Wrestling in Chicago and the date is said to be sometime in late June. Punk has stated in the past that Okada is someone he would love to have a match with. Okada has stated that he wants dream matches with Punk and Bryan Danielson.

Dave Meltzer noted today on the Wrestling Observer website that a joint AEW/NJPW show is being worked on and he has heard that the date is for sometime in June. We’ll see if that is the announcement planned for tonight or if Tony Khan has something else in mind.
