Sting’s Son Steven Borden Wrestles Before AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming
Steven Borden, the son of wrestling legend Sting, competed in a dark match prior to the December 10, 2025, broadcast of AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming. The match took place at the Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia, before the show went live on TBS and HBO Max.
Borden faced independent wrestler Kieran Gray in singles competition. Borden defeated Gray to secure the victory.
Previous Encounters and Training
This bout marks a continuation of Borden’s recent in-ring activity. He previously wrestled Gray at a DEFY Wrestling event in Seattle, Washington, in November 2025, where he also attained a win. Borden made his professional wrestling debut in October 2025 at “52W Hardway,” an event in New York City that combined art and wrestling, where he teamed with JD Drake in a loss against Darby Allin and Killer Kross.
Borden has been training for professional wrestling since his father’s retirement in March 2024. He notably appeared as “Wolfpac Sting” during Sting’s retirement match at AEW Revolution 2024, delivering a Stinger Splash to The Young Bucks.
