Tyler Senerchia, son of Taz, could be doing something in the pro wrestling business.
According to Trademarkia, on November 20th, he had attorney Michael E. Dockins file a new trademark with The United States Patent and Trademark Office for the name “Hook.”
The filing was listed under entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler. Here is the description:
International Class 041: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests, Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network, Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.
Various AEW wrestlers have used Dockins to secure trademark rights to ring names in the past.
As of this writing, there’s no word yet on what Senerchia has in mind for the name or what he wants to do in pro wrestling. Perhaps he can be a wrestler, announcer, or even a manager. Up to this point, he had been playing lacrosse.
Taz is currently a manager and color commentator for All Elite Wrestling.
