Tony Khan will be booking a match he’s been wanting to do for a while now with Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson as Ospreay headlined Wednesday’s Dynamite, beating Kyle Fletcher.
Once Ospreay won the match, Danielson came out to confront Ospreay, teasing the match. Not only did AEW have the Dynasty PPV date in the background, but booking 101 would say AEW is likely booking the bout for the upcoming event that is just a little over a month away.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted this has been a dream match for the AEW President and something he’s been wanting to do.
“Bryan Danielson against Will Ospreay, which is, I don’t know, 100% on the pay-per-view, but it’s like 95%. Okay, what I know for sure. 100% for sure, that match is happening relatively soon. Okay, I have been told that it’s something that Tony Khan has been wanting, you know, that’s like the dream match of all dream matches probably for him. But this match is happening. I presume it’s gonna be on the St. Louis pay-per-view on April 21st. Eddie Kingston & Kazuchika Okada, Swerve & AEW World Champion Samoa Joe, and probably the finals of the Tag Team Title Tournament, too. So yeah. Looking like a hell of a pay-per-view.” Meltzer stated.
