The Acclaimed match seemingly pulled from tonight’s AEW Dark

All Elite Wrestling announced the lineup for tonight’s episode of Dark late Monday night. There were 18 matches announced for the show including a bout involving The Acclaimed’s Max Caster and Anthony Bowens where they were advertised to wrestle Hunter Knott and Rosario Grillo.

However, that tweet was deleted and a new post was shared with the match missing, as a result, there are 17 matches listed.

Caster found himself in hot water with some fans and even AEW President Tony Khan after he made a rap during their entrance on the 100th episode of Dark last week that had references to Olympian Simone Biles, the 2006 Duke Lacrosse rape allegations scandal, and AEW’s Julia Hart.

AEW removed the rap and Khan later stated that he would take over the editing process for both Dark and Dark Elevation to prevent the issue from happening again.

Caster didn’t appear on last week’s Dynamite nor Monday’s Elevation.
