“These Guys Ain’t Real Pro Wrestlers”: Jon Moxley Explodes In Post-Show Rant After AEW Full Gear

Following his submission loss to Kyle O’Reilly at AEW Full Gear, Jon Moxley unleashed a furious tirade backstage, criticizing his opponent and the entire AEW roster. Despite tapping out to O’Reilly for the second time, Moxley dismissed the victory, claiming that he was the one still standing while his opponent was headed to the hospital due to a lack of durability.

Moxley, flanked by Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta, appeared bloodied and agitated as he addressed the camera. He mocked O’Reilly’s condition, stating that the “Violent Artist” couldn’t handle the physicality of their encounter. He also took a swipe at Darby Allin, questioning if the daredevil star had a “punch card discount” at the hospital because of his frequent injuries.

“Tell us about who’s the winner and who’s the loser? Cause I’m still standing. I’m doing just fine right now,” Moxley shouted. “And Kyle O’Reilly is taking a trip to the hospital tonight. These Conglomeration guys ain’t got no durability… I thought Kyle O’Reilly had it in him. He was a real pro wrestler at one point. But now he’s one of these guys, one of these wusses… It ain’t over, man.”

The former AEW World Champion then broadened his criticism to the rest of the locker room, accusing them of being “amateurs” who don’t understand the true wrestling lifestyle. He expressed frustration with the celebratory atmosphere within the company, warning that such complacency could lead to AEW’s demise.

“These guys… They ain’t real wrestlers. These guys ain’t real pro wrestlers. None of them,” Moxley exclaimed. “They don’t know what the life’s about. They never lived the life… Y’all celebrating. You’re gonna celebrate your careers into an early grave. I’ve seen people celebrate this company to near extinction… There’s another fight tomorrow. There’s another match tomorrow. The battle continues tomorrow.”

Moxley concluded his rant with an ominous message for the roster, comparing the current state of affairs to the end of a regular season. He warned that the intensity was about to ramp up significantly, signaling that his war against AEW is far from over.

“Y’all celebrating a regular season, man,” Moxley said before walking off. “You don’t look too good. That’s a shame. Cause the playoffs is about to start.”

Some fans may have noticed the concerned looks on the faces of The Death Riders behind Moxley. So, it appears that there may be cracks forming within the group.
