Timeframe For How Long Injured AEW Star Will Be Sidelined

While AEW’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view on Sunday, May 25, 2025, reportedly saw “no serious injuries,” Dave Meltzer noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that “several people probably won’t be wrestling for a little while” after the event. It was added that “Several in the Anarchy match were banged up.”

One of the most significant updates concerns Nicholas Jackson of The Young Bucks. Meltzer reported, “Nicholas Jackson did a swanton off the entrance tunnel and, in going through the table, had a bad landing and he’s expected to be out of action for a few weeks.”

The Young Bucks were on the losing side of the Anarchy in the Arena match, teaming with Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler YUTA, and Marina Shafir against the winning team of Kenny Omega, Swerve Strickland, Willow Nightingale, and The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Katsuyori Shibata).
