AEW President Tony Khan has addressed the possibility of adding a third weekly television show to the company’s programming lineup. In a recent interview with WFAA, Khan acknowledged that expansion is always a possibility.
“There’s always potential to expand the AEW programming calendar,” Khan said. “Right now, things have worked really well with Dynamite and Collision. As we’re having a great year, it’s always something to consider.”
AEW previously had a third weekly show, Rampage, which premiered in 2021. However, the show was nixed in 2024 following a new broadcasting deal. The on-screen explanation for the show’s end involved Jon Moxley and the Death Riders.
Khan’s comments come after months of speculation about a rumored third brand, “AEW Shockwave,” which has since gone quiet. For now, Dynamite on Wednesdays and Collision on Saturdays remain the company’s core programming, but the door is open for more in the future.
