Earlier this month, TNT announced that some episodes of AEW Dynamite will be moved to different days and times due to their coverage of NBA playoff games.
AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter while responding to a fan late Saturday night to provide an updated schedule of AEW programming on the network.
The most notable change to this schedule to the previously announced changes includes the September 16th episode as a one-hour version will air while another two-hour show will air the following night.
Here is the updated schedule:
-Wednesday, August 19th episode will air on Saturday, August 22nd at 6 PM Eastern.
-Wednesday, August 26th episode will air on Thursday, August 27th at 8 PM Eastern.
-TNT will air Countdown to All Out at 10 PM on September 2nd after the Dynamite episode.
-Wednesday, September 16th episode will be a one-hour special edition airing after the NBA playoff game that night is done. A full two-hour Dynamite is scheduled for Thursday, September 17th at 8 PM Eastern.
Yes. We’ll have a new 1 hour episode late Wednesday after NBA on September 16 + then we’ll have another new full 2 hour show on Thursday September 17.

Next Saturday’s episode Dynamite will be interesting as not only is it airing on a different night and timeslot, but it’s also going up against heavy competition.
In addition to going head-to-head with NBA, NHL, and MLB games, but the UFC holds a Fight Night Event. More importantly, WWE will present its NXT TakeOver: XXX show on the WWE Network.
