Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with an excellent Trios Title match between the champions Death Triangle and challengers Best Friends.
Death Triangle won the match but there was another being told that seems to indicate a split is coming within the faction. Late in the match, PAC went to use the hammer but Rey Fenix stopped him and he tossed the hammer out of the ring.
After Death Triangle retained their titles, Fenix briefly got in PAC’s face, apparently telling him that there is no need to cheat in their matches.

With AEW, things can be drawn out for many weeks or months so don’t expect to see a split coming anytime soon but it definitely looks like they are heading in that direction.
