AEW, NJPW, ROH, and CMLL are slated to host Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, 2025, at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, the night after NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 19.
The event was confirmed in June during Forbidden Door, making it the first AEW pay-per-view event in Japan. Now, two top AEW stars will have been confirmed for it.
On Monday, it was announced that AEW Tag Team Champions the Young Bucks will be at the show. The announcement was made via video during NJPW’s King Of Pro-Wrestling 2024 event.
They haven’t competed in the country since January 2019, when they worked WrestleKingdom 13. This marked their exit from the promotion, as they signed with AEW. More talent will be confirmed in the coming months.
