Upcoming AEW Dynamite TV event in danger of having lowest attendance ever

Next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite in Broomfield, CO at the 1stBank Center on TNT will be a big show.

It will feature the fallout from the first AEW pay-per-view event of the new year, Revolution, that takes place on Saturday in Chicago, IL from the Sears Center. It’ll be headlined by AEW World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho vs. Jon Moxley.

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the March 4th episode “is in danger of being the lowest attendance in company history.”

As of this writing, they had sold about 2,500 tickets up to this point. The record low is 2,950 for a Dynamite episode.

It was noted that AEW is giving away two tickets to everyone who makes a $50 red cross donation.

The only thing thus far announced for the show is the debut of former WWE/NJPW star Lance Archer, who recently signed with the company.
