Some of the recent social media activity from FTR appears to hint that they may be done…at least in AEW.
Dax Harwood posted a video about the injury suffered by Cash Wheeler during their last match with Santana and Ortiz.
Harwood talks about how Wheeler has been out to mentally rehab himself. He follows up by saying, “is it worth it? No. This sh*t ain’t worth it but it is worth it to come back for at least one more match.”
Harwood said that Santana caused his friend to lay in a pool in his own blood and he said that the end of FTR may be here.
In addition to the video, Harwood posted the following:
“Tag Team Wrestling has been a major chunk of my life for the better part of a decade. It’s how I’ve fed my family. It’s the foundation on what our legacy has been built on. Is it worth it? I guess we’ll see.”
Whether or not they are really considering leaving or if this is just part of the story, this is a great promo to tease the rematch.
