Another lawsuit reveals that TNA allegedly owes even more money

There’s another lawsuit alleging that TNA owes more money. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer newsletter is reporting that TNA Entertainment was sued over the summer by American Express Travel Related Services Company for unpaid bills.

The suit was filed in New York State’s Supreme Court on 7/20. They are claiming that TNA used their American Express Corporate and they owe $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. According to the claim, TNA agreed to make payments and to pay court costs if the case ever got to court. According to the lawsuit, the $269,049.50 is in addition to legal costs.

This is the latest in the string of lawsuits filed against TNA. Eric Bischoff has a lawsuit out for unpaid money owed for services rendered by Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment. Billy Corgan filed a lawsuit last week and more details on that lawsuit may be revealed later this week at a court hearing. There is also a lawsuit by TNA’s former production company, Audience Of One for unpaid invoices.
