Billy Corgan comments on his TNA status, says he has not been reimbursed by the company

After the Nashville Chancery Court denied Billy Corgan’s request for a temporary injunction against Impact Ventures, LLC, Dixie Carter Salinas, Serg Salinas, and Dean Broadhead on Monday, TNA announced on Thursday that Corgan, who was the president of the company before he filed a lawsuit against them, is no longer with TNA.

TNA was supposed to repay Corgan $1.8 million, which he loaned them, on November 1st. Corgan claimed on Twitter that TNA has not repaid him yet. Anthem Sports & Entertainment issued a press release stating that they have provided a credit facility to TNA to fund operations. The agreement between TNA and Anthem includes the appointment of Anthem Executive Vice President Ed Nordholm to the Impact Ventures Board of Managers. Dixie Carter is still the chairman of TNA.

Corgan posted the following:

“FACT: TNA was supposed to pay me to 2 days ago, which they swore to in front of a judge. Yesterday they asked for a day to ‘get $ together.’ Upon which, (yesterday or today) they’d ‘reach out directly’ to settle ALL claims. So they lied again and have used the time as a weapon. “FACT: I have still not been paid, and I’m exploring all remedies including new filings with court and converting to 36 pct. Equity.”
