As we noted earlier on the site, TNA President Billy Corgan filed a lawsuit in Chancery Court in Nashville, TN and Dean Broadhead, Impact Ventures, LLC, Dixie Carter Salinas, Serg Salinas and TNA Entertainment, LLC are listed as defendants. A temporary restraining order was approved and Corgan filed a bond to support it on Thursday.
Corgan’s spokesperson Lissa Druss Christman issued a statement regarding the lawsuit to Pro Wrestling.net:
“As president, Billy is looking out for the long-term interest of the company, its employees, its talent, as well as its stakeholders and contractors.”
A hearing is scheduled for next Thursday in Nashville, TN.
