Bound For Glory results: Kylie Rae doesn’t appear, Su Yung wins Knockouts Championship

In the semi-main event of Impact Wrestling’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view, Deonna Purrazzo was supposed to put her Knockouts Championship on the line against Deonna Purrazzo.

Purrazzo was introduced first. Rae did not come out to the ring when her music was played. Purrazzo said she knew this could happen so she challenged any man or woman to walk out for this match. Su Yung answered the challenge. This was very odd because the announcers talked like they had no idea what happened to Rae and there was nothing done in a pre-tape to explain her absence.

Late in the match, the referee took a bump because of an accidental kick to the face from Purrazzo. Yung had the match won after hitting a package piledriver but the referee was out of it. Kimber Lee took a chair and hit Yung’s back. Purrazzo then went for a stomp off the middle rope but Yung countered and sprayed Lee in the eyes with mist but Purrazzo was able to lock in an armbar while Yung locked in the mandible claw. Purrazzo broke free and then she hit a pair of kicks to the face, Yung fought back with a Stunner and the Panic Switch. Yung won to become the champion.
