BREAKING: TNA rumored to have signed a new TV deal; Dixie Carter comments

There are rumors going around this evening that TNA has signed a deal with a network. The front runners are Spike TV (according to people in TNA) and Destination America. As noted earlier, Destination America (owned by Discovery networks) has had talks with TNA in the past week. The story on the negotiations originally broke in the Wrestling Observer newsletter.

The rumor I heard is that the deal reached is with Destination America. Hopefully we’ll get confirmation soon. Dixie Carter commented on the TV situation and indicated that they will announce the deal soon.
