Former Knockouts Champion is returning to Impact Wrestling

Former TNA Knockouts Champion and Tag Team Champion Taylor Wilde is slated to make a return to Impact Wrestling.

Pwinsider.com reported the news on Monday. On a related note, it was mentioned in the same report that Impact has taped television through the end of 2020.

Wilde worked in TNA from 2008-2010 where she won the Knockouts Title once and Knockouts Tag Team Titles twice. Wilde retired from the pro wrestling business in 2011 and hasn’t wrestled since due to her shifting her focus to a different career field, but is making a comeback.

During an interview earlier this year, she revealed that she was initially booked for an Impact Wrestling event in March. The COVID-19 pandemic nixed those plans.

At October’s Bound For Glory, it was announced that the Impact Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Titles are coming back. It turns out that Wilde and Sarita were the first-ever champions as they were crowned on the 2009 No Surrender pay-per-view.
