The rumors are true.
Over the last 48 hours, there have been rumors about Eric Young returning to Impact Wrestling to team with Scott D’Amore. Young returned to his original Team Canada music and the look he had when he was part of the group.
A1, an original member of Team Canada, was in the audience during this match and he got involved later. D’Amore and Young defeated Bully Ray and Deaner in a tag team match. Bully was put through a table and Yound hit a flying elbow off the top rope on Deaner to win the match. This was a fun match. After the match, A1, Young, D’Amore and special referee Darren McCarty celebrated.
Fightful Select reported earlier that Young returned to WWE in November and requested his release in April and his non-compete recently expired, thus opening the door for his return to Impact.
