Impact filmed multiple endings to several storylines at recent TV tapings

Impact Wrestling held its most recent TV tapings in Nashville, TN that will give them enough content for its weekly television show on AXS TV for the rest of 2020.

Fightful Select reports the promotion filmed different finishes for multiple matches. This was done due to “turnover in the company among prominent stars.”

The promotion has also used “alternative wrestlers or personnel” in various segments as a way to not show wrestlers “celebrating with people who are no longer involved in the company”.

It’s been previously reported that there have been several wrestlers who have yet to sign a new deal with the company. As a result, the promotion faces the challenge of having wrestlers on upcoming episodes of TV that won’t work the next set of TV tapings in early 2021.

There are still not a lot of details on which wrestlers have yet to sign new deals, but what is known is Ethan Page’s contract set to expire at the end of the year.

On a related note, at the latest set of tapings, there was a positive COVID-19 test that led to an unhappy roster.
