Impact Wrestling champions pulled from Hard To Kill PPV due to COVID-19 exposure

Impact Wrestling announced today that a title match has been pulled from the Hard To Kill card, which is The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay) defending the Knockouts Tag Team Championships against The Influence (Madison Rayne & Tenille Dashwood).

Lee and McKay are off the show after being in close contact with someone who later tested positive for COVID-19. The announcement stated they pulled the two stars out of an abundance of caution and with the health of their co-workers in mind.

Lee and McKay will self-isolate this weeknd, which includes Hard To Kill on Saturday and TV tapings on Sunday. Hard To Kill takes place from Deep Ellum in Dallas, Texas, and will be headlined by Matt Cardona vs. W. Morrissey vs. World Champion Moose.

The former WWE stars signed with Impact after being let go by WWE in April 2021 and later won the titles from Rosemary and Havok at Bound for Glory last October.
