Eli Drake is done with Impact Wrestling. The company announced on Sunday that they have terminated their relationship with him.
Drake’s contract was set to expire next month and the belief is that several companies were looking to negotiate with him so he was likely going to leave Impact soon before Impact terminated their deal with him.
Drake recently said on social media that he was refusing to face Tessa Blanchard in an intergender match at the United We Stand show this weekend in New Jersey.
You couldn’t have hit the nail more directly on the head.
Although that said, I will not participate in a one on one intergender match. https://t.co/Hv5MydU8P6
