Impact Wrestling star done with the company

Rachael Ellering has wrapped up her time with Impact Wrestling. Fightful Select confirmed today that she is done with the promotion after joining them in April 2021. Per the report, this has been the case for over a month as it became clear by the first week of January that she’d likely not be back at the upcoming TV tapings.

It was said that she is no longer factored into any creative plans moving forward. Also, several wrestlers told the media outlet that Ellering was no longer working there.

Impact replaced her with Alisha Edwards in the Hard to Kill Ultimate X match to determine a new #1 contender for the Knockouts Title. She mentioned on Twitter that she’s available for bookings in March:

Ellering broke into the wrestling business in 2015 where she first worked for SHINE before working a few matches for Impact Wrestling in 2017. She worked dark matches for WWE from 2016-2017 then was part of the 2018 edition of the Mae Young Classic under the ring name Rachael Evers, but lost in the first round.

Ellering was part of the February 2019 Performance Class as she signed with WWE but was released in 2020. The daughter of legendary manager Paul Ellering did work in AEW as part of the Women’s Tag Team Tournament in 2020 by teaming with Dasha Gonzalez in a losing effort against Diamante and Ivelisse.

When she returned to Impact last year, she formed a team with Jordynne Grace where they defeated Fire ‘N Flava at Rebellion to win the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Titles. Her last Impact match came on January 6th.
