Joey Ryan has two of his lawsuits dismissed

Joey Ryan, real name Joseph R. Meehan, has filed several lawsuits over the past few months in order to deny any claims of sexual assault against him and get some money after losing various streams of income.

There were two cases that he had, which were dismissed within the past week, one against a ‘Speaking Out’ accuser, according to Heel By Nature.

It happened on January 7th by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald. One of the cases was Ryan’s lawsuit against a woman who made accusations last summer. This came after the judge warned that he would dismiss it due to “lack of prosecution.”

His attorneys had until December 23rd to file pleadings in an attempt to convince the court the lawsuits should continue. If he didn’t then it would be dismissed.

Ryan did not file documentation to support his case. On January 4th, Ryan also had his case dismissed against former ROH wrestler Pelle Tsichilis, aka Pelle Primeau. That case has been transferred to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania US District Court.
