For those of you that missed GFW Impact Wrestling, there were several returns and debuts.
John Hennigan (aka Johnny Mundo, aka John Morrison) made his TV debut in a video that aired at the end of the show. He will be known as Johnny Impact. That is a take off his Johnny Nitro name from his early days in WWE.
Also, Taryn Terrell is back. She took time away from the business after she found religion and seemingly transformed her entire life. At one point, she completely removed herself from social media but she is now back and feuding with Gail Kim. This could be a short-term deal for Terrell for one last feud before Kim retires at the end of the year. GFW is hyping that Kim wants to retire as the Knockouts Champion.
Petey Williams is also back as he assisted Sonjay Dutt in the ladder match against Trevor Lee. Williams looked great and got a nice pop after hitting his trademark Canadian Destroyer.
Of course, as many of you know, Jim Cornette is back. Cornette discussed his return on a special YouTube edition of his podcast. You can scroll down on this page to listen to what he said, what his role is with the company, and much more.
