Note on TNA’s deal with UTA to help them secure a TV deal

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer radio that UTA takes a 15 percent cut based on the agreement that TNA signed with them. For those that don’t know, TNA hired UTA a few months ago to help them secure a TV deal. So if TNA gets renewed by Spike TV at a lower rate (example: 30 percent less than their old deal), TNA also has to give a cut to UTA so they’re losing money unless they get a better deal than they did before and that’s definitely not happening.
