UPDATE: I guess it’s no longer a spoiler because Impact Wrestling mentioned Steiner’s return on their Twitter account. Clearly, they are hoping that the online buzz boosts the rating when this show airs in a few weeks.

ORIGINAL: Former WCW/WWE/Impact Wrestling star Scott Steiner made his return to Impact Wrestling at Sunday’s TV tapings in Orlando, Florida at Universal Studios to align himself with Josh Mathews.
There was a segment at the tapings that saw Mathews do an in-ring angle with Joseph Park, and Jeremy Borash. Mathews got upset with Park and Borash when he wanted to shake hands with Borash, but Parks told him not to. This led to Steiner walking down to the ring and chasing Borash into the crowd. Mathews hit a low blow to Park, which set up Steiner hitting the Steiner Recliner on Park. According to fans in attendance at the tapings, Steiner will be Mathews’ partner at the upcoming Slammiversary PPV event against Park and Borash.
