Spoilers from the August 14th, 2016 Impact Wrestling TV taping

TNA held an Impact Wrestling TV taping on Sunday from Orlando, FL at Universal Studios. Here are the spoilers:

– Singles Match: Broken Matt Hardy defeated Crazzy Steve. Post-match, Crazzy Steve says the Decay is at the Hardy compound and that Maxel is now Rosemary’s baby.

– Bobby Lashley cut a promo in the ring about how 2016 is the year that he takes over the pro wrestling industry and that he will unify the titles. Lashley said that he doesn’t have a match at BFG because he took out EC3. This led to Grado walking out and challenged him. Lashley took him out. Moose ran down, and this set up a match between Moose and Lashley.

– Grand Champion Tournament Match: Aron Rex defeated Trevor Lee in round 2.

– Knockouts Champion Maria Kanellis Bennett walked out to the ring and cut a promo about how she is going to spoil Bound for Glory by inducting Gail Kim tonight. Dixie Carter walked out and told Maria that she couldn’t be the champion because it’s a conflict of interest. Carter booked Kim in a Gauntlet Match.

– Grand Champion Tournament Match: Eddie Edwards defeated Mahabali Shera in the 3rd round.

– Broken Matt Hardy cut a promo about The Decay backstage and said that The Decay would be deleted. The Decay surrounds the Impact Zone. Rosemary said that Bram is gone. Hardy challenged them to a Great War because the ring cannot contain them. Matt, Jeff, and Reby brawled with The Decay.

– Knockouts Gauntlet Match: Gail Kim defeated Siena, Madison Rayne, Jade, Marti Bell, Raquel, and Laurel Van Ness (Chelsea Green) to become number one contender for the Knockouts title.

– Lashley challenged Moose to a match at BFG and Moose accepts the match. They brawl in the ring until Mike Bennett ran down and attacked Moose. EC3 made the save.
