The Fight Network offers to fund TNA so that they can repay debt owed to Billy Corgan

Live Audio Wrestling is reporting that Anthem Sports & Entertainment (the parent company of The Fight Network) is offering to fund TNA so that they can pay off their debt to Billy Corgan. I should note that The Fight Network owns a majority stake in Live Audio Wrestling and the @LAWRadio twitter account is run by The Fight Network’s John Pollock.

The hearing between Corgan and TNA that was scheduled for Thursday has been postponed until next Wednesday 10/26. Corgan filed a lawsuit last week and the contents of that suit have been sealed. It’s believed that the suit has to do with money owed to him. The belief is that Corgan was funding the company in exchange for shares with the expectation that he would eventually be able to purchase it outright.

We will provide updates as we get them.
