TNA to get a weekend time slot, Jeff Hardy not allowed to fly to the UK shows

There is still no confirmation on the day and time for Impact’s debut on Destination America but the belief is still that it will remain on Wednesday nights at 9pm eastern with a replay on the weekend. The replay would also have some new material. Dixie Carter noted earlier today in an interview with Jeremy Borash that TNA would be getting promotion across all of the Discovery Communications platforms and Discovery is dedicated to helping make that network grow.

As noted last week, the UK shows next month will also be TV tapings. Jeff Hardy is not allowed to fly to the UK because of past legal issues so he won’t be on those shows. In regards to the story last week about Jeff Hardy taking bookings in Canada, he hasn’t worked there in a long time and Jeff only takes bookings through TNA or his brother Matt. Neither has been negotiating with anyone in Canada.
