Two top TNA stars departing from the company

Former TNA champions Bobby Roode and Eric Young requested and were granted their release from their TNA contracts. The two stars finished up their TNA commitments at Saturday’s Impact Wrestling TV taping in Orlando, Florida so they are free agents.

The following was sent into us by our correspondent Mr. Entertainment:

"Earlier at tonight's TNA tapings, Crazy Steve and Abyss a.k.a. The Decay def. Bobby Roode and "Cowboy" James Storm a.k.a. Beer Money, Inc. via pinfall to become NEW TNA World Tag-Team Champions. Storm bashes Abyss in head with glass bottle. Roode and Storm double suplex Steve onto a barbed wire board. Abyss

Storm bashes Abyss in head with glass bottle. Roode and Storm double suplex Steve onto a barbed wire board. Abyss chokeslammed Roode through thumbtacks. Roode's back was covered in tacks, Storm helps his partner up and raises his arm. Roode walks up entrance ramp and bids farewell to "iMPACT! Zone."

Impact Wrestling has come to terms on the release of veteran wrestlers Bobby Roode and Eric Young (Jeremy Fritz). Bobby and Eric have been valuable members of The Impact Roster since 2004 and we wish them nothing but the best in their careers going forward.
