The start of this year’s NJPW G1 Climax Tournament is here and kicks off tonight from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas with the G1 Climax: Dallas event.
NJPW will hold the opening night of the tournament for the first time ever in the United States live on AXS TV at 6 pm ET. The finals will take place on August 12 at Budokan Hall. NJPW commentator Kevin Kelly will call the action.
Some of the notable names in this year’s tournament include KENTA, Jon Moxley, Shingo Takagi, IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada, and Intercontinental Champion Tetsuya Naito.
Kazuchika Okada will square off with Hiroshi Tanahashi in the main event of this show. Here is the final card:
