Just one night after defeating Lance Archer to regain the IWGP United States Championship, Jon Moxley put the title on the line against Juice Robinson on the second night of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14 in the Tokyo Dome.
This was a hard-hitting match. They brawled at ringside for a couple of minutes before settling into a regular match. In the last few minutes, they traded stiff forearm shots and headbutts. Moxley won with a double arm DDT and the Death Rider.
Minoru Suzuki walked out and he was ready to fight. They fought and Suzuki got the better of him with a choke and the Gotch style piledriver. Suzuki grabbed the microphone and issued a challengee to Mox for his title.
