A new match has been confirmed for NJPW’s biggest event of the year, Wrestle Kingdom 19. The main event will see Zack Sabre Jr defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Title against Shota Umino.
The NJPW Ranbo has officially been added to the card and will take place on the kickoff portion of the show. Great-O-Khan retired the KOPW Championship at Road to Tokyo Dome, leading to him suggesting that the winner of the bout show get a shot at the IWGP World Heavyweight Title, which is something NJPW later confirmed.
