NJPW is returning to Madison Square Garden this summer as the promotion announced the news on Sunday.
The event is called Wrestle Dynasty and will go down in New York City on Saturday, August 22. The event is called Wrestle Dynasty. Ticket information for Wrestle Dynasty has yet to be revealed.
This comes after NJPW and ROH co-promoted the G1 Supercard event at the arena on WrestleMania weekend last year that saw Kazuchika Okada defeating Jay White for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in the headliner.
It’s interesting to note that Wrestle Dynasty is taking place on the same day as NXT TakeOver: Boston at The TD Garden in Boston as part of SummerSlam weekend.
