Bailey Regal, the son of William Regal, has furthered his career in the pro wrestling business.
Regal is currently working as an NJPW Young Lion, which is similar to a developmental talent working through the WWE Performance Center and onto the NXT roster.
In order to be considered a Young Lion, talent must have trained through the NJPW system as well as live in dormitories adjacent to their dojo before they can become a rookie on the NJPW roster.
Bailey, working under the name, Joe Bailey, has worked some matches in the past such as a dark match for PROGRESS in 2018 and then a quick match at EVOLVE 117 that same year against Harlem Bravado.
After finding success as a full-time wrestler, William Regal has transitioned into being a scout for WWE as well as an on-screen character as the NXT General Manager. He also helps train talent at WWE’s training facility down in Orlando, Florida.
