There has not only been a lot of changes in NJPW but also The Bullet Club over recent months as several talents have departed in order to join AEW (All Elite Wrestling). On the flip side, there have been some talents from the WWE looking to get out of their contracts to adventure out into the pro wrestling space.
Two talents from WWE that have this mindset are reportedly The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder). Thus, while conducting a recent interview, Tonga named the former NXT Tag Team Champions as talents he would like to see join The Bullet Club one day.
“There’s a lot of talent, especially ones making a splash,” Tonga told Wrestling Inc. on the latest episode of The WINCLY. “Guys are wanting to leave certain companies… The Revival – those guys have piqued an interest. Those guys are great workers and I always watch their stuff…
“There’s a lot of indie promotions we look at, especially in Australia and England. But that’s pretty much under wraps for now. I think the market is a good time for guys to grab work elsewhere,” stated Tonga. “You can get more eyes on you maybe… Guys are thinking there’s maybe greener pastures out there.
“So, there’s options. It makes wrestlers think, ‘Hey, if I’m not being utilized here, then I can go out and be utilized somewhere else.'”
