One NWA Champion was recently the victim of a hit-and-run incident, and has been forced to sell some of her ring gear to pay for the damages.
NWA Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa took to Twitter to reveal the unfortunate news. Rosa is selling some of her ring gear to pay for the damages done to her car. Here’s what she posted on Twitter:
“Hey guys, yesterday I was involved in a hit and run accident a d to raise money to fix my car, I’m selling different gears! DM Me or email me at thunderrosa22@gmail.com Thanks for your support!”
Rosa is the first-ever Mexican-born wrestler to have won the NWA Women’s World Championship. She captured the title on January 4 at the NWA Hard Times pay-per-view (PPV) when she defeated Allysin Kay. Rosa has not provided any sort of medical update on herself after the accident, but she has been active on social media, which is a good sign.
